Using Gadget as your app’s backend helps avoid rate limit issues - your app’s resources will auto-scale and retry requests when needed. Spend your time on more meaningful things, like celebrating that success, growing your app, or building new features. Happy hacking! 4/4
You shouldn’t have to worry about rate limits, or spend time managing them. That’s why Gadget’s APIs are rate limit free. A jolt of traffic from a big client or flash sale should be cause for celebration, not an event requiring you to rush and check if rate limits were hit. 3/4
Hitting Shopify’s rate limits can be frustrating. You either need to spend a bunch of time upfront making sure your app can handle massive amounts of requests, or else you risk running into issues that come from spikes in traffic without proper limit handling. 2/4
