I was under the assumption you eliminate the 3rd quadrant completely since that's where productivety dies. Delegation is just moving the workload rather than resolving it, and it will require overhead, which often entails more interruption to the second quadrant.

I disagree. Proper delegation is very important! Some things have to be done, but not by yourself. If you try to do everything on your own, you will likely be not as effective, becausyou’ll have less time for the things you are good at, and in the worst case suffer from a burnout
