can you add a bit more detail about what you're trying to do ? Usually VST run in a host application like Logic or Reaper
imagine using a character's hp movement to modulate the lfo for a synth drone in real time. Would that be possible?

if the instrument lived 'in engine' then yeah that's a cool idea. VST however don't work in game engines.
