    2 weeks ago our DPA (Garante Privacy) fined thebbiggest italian oil&gas co for almost the same reasons. €11.000.000 In both cases, the main reason is poor data processors auditing.

    Such timeframes clarify we need to get our act together & develop smart strategies to bring those who play around with other people's rights and freedoms under the rule of law. And explain why rule of law trumps taking the law into one's own hands, however righteous.
