Could someone explain this scam to me?
A ceramic cookware "Store" on Amazon sends me their items with absurdly insufficient wrap and they arrive smashed. On purchase attempt #3 the smashed item comes in a box containing ANOTHER customer's "damaged condition" return envelope!
