@damiencave personally I don't believe in embargo. 2- Cuban Adj. Act is outdated. 3- Cuba should guarantee minimum human rights.

@damiencave Embargo against S. Africa worked because it was universal. U.S. Has a mish-mash of regs with regards to Cuba. It is not embargo
