I was wondering what was wrong with mine , it was very lackluster and felt very slight increase or equal over my 445 shark trinket. You need to @WarcraftDevs for this , as currently using double on use 445 trinkets is much better for me than using a 460 trinket.
Attention caster specs in #Warcraft :
The Psyche Shredder trinket off Prophet Skitra is currently bugged and proccing at a rate of only about 2/3 of the stated amount per minute.
No idea based on this if it's intended, so it's possible your sims might overvalue it.

Yeah overall, you'll have a hard time replacing a good 445 Font because of the 30 second duration, and Shredder won't cut it unless it's Mythic level *and* proccing as much as spell data says it should
