We will establish a Democracy Forward Initiative for the members of our PAC community who do not want to contribute to political candidates but instead want to donate to work that will address issues and policies that are important to the preservation and promotion of democracy.
We will promote & join a conversation with other businesses & organizations that want to strengthen democracy. We believe there is an opportunity to learn and work together.
While these steps were broadly supported in our listening sessions, we know they will be seen as too much or too little for some. There were several other good ideas from our meetings, and we will continue to consider other ways we can strengthen and evolve our political outreach

Seems like a great application of Frank's rule number two, "Decide what you are going to do before you decide what you are going to say." 
It seems a bit odd that there are no comments from @BradSmi in this article and that he has not commented on it or tweeted out the statement.
Well, in his defense, he didn't tweet or put out a statement originally either. It's in Frank's job title to do this stuff. Probably, best to leave it to the professionals on this one.
