Who cares? I've yet to hear anyone screaming about this to correctly explain what Net Neutrality is.

Net neutrality is the principle that Internet service providers must treat all data on the Internet the same, and not discriminate. Without it, it can lead to Comcast deliberately slowing down Netflix on their network so that they can push their tv service. (Only a small example)
