I thought you were posting that to illustrate my point. the decline of corporate lifespan is exactly what i'd expect from an inflationary economy. If global business is a commons, then ill incentives set by monetary policy is an example of central management failure.

Sure, I suppose that is accurate. I think focusing on incentives is a powerful analytic tool. good for explaining and predicting a lot of outcomes.
