why is the miata the stereotypical gay car? because it only seats two people. a car for those with zero expectation of family.
the point moreso is it reflects a life choice that most can't afford if they want to have kids. it's probably the real reason men buy sportscars during later middle age. it's not a crisis, it's a luxury they can afford now that they aren't caring for children.

only if you're buying new. older ones are just as good and quite affordable, drink regular unleaded gas, even cheap to insure, by no means out of reach. just cut your GRIDS med spending and you can afford the car AND a sitter for your adopted son so you and the mister can go out
