        It seems that the names represent names of areas or colonies. The numbers might represent code for areas (maybe pincode). Though, not sure.

        Both ECMP & UCL are Aadhar related. UIDAI provides Aadhaar Enrolment Client (AEC) to Registrars for enrolments. AEC also called as ECMP (Enrolment Client Multi Platform) from ver 1.5 onwards. UCL means Update Client Lite.         BO stands for Branch Post Office. It's a smallest possible post office. Appears to be area branch post offices

        This name is area (village, district nomenclature followed in India). The numeric value probably indicates unique id assigned to aadhar center in that area.
