1 . But as far as i tried it earlier it dont query the target in realtime , it gives output from the already strored data making nmap parse it and present to you like real time scan

Yes i came to the same conclusion after trying to scan a few different targets. Running an nmap scan directly sometimes gives other results than via the Shodan API..

Yes , that's the reason , it's analogy to caching we can say somehow. Intelligent feeds now a day's doing the same .. gives us exact feeds so that we don't need to real time processing, one more example here is DNS cache . By the way very nice that you put this here . Got reviced
