        Also, if you are in France, the FBI has an office in Paris, France - American Embassy: 011-33-1-4312-2222 Nations covered: France, Monaco. The FBI is a huge agency. Make multiple contacts to ensure you get through.

        TBH it belongs to Journalists and law enforcement both. Journalists for transparency; never forget that. Law enforcement of multiple agencies / countries. I recommend @zackwhittaker @lorenzoFB @josephfcox @manhack @JennaMC_Laugh few others.
