No way, it belongs to law enforcements to decide before
-
If its online they get to see it anyway and so does the public.

But so do malicious people

Ok... I really want to be a helping hand to you. But I really don't have any idea about approaching law enforcement agencies. After all they all are corrupt.

TBH it belongs to Journalists and law enforcement both. Journalists for transparency; never forget that. Law enforcement of multiple agencies / countries. I recommend
@zackwhittaker@lorenzoFB@josephfcox@manhack@JennaMC_Laugh few others. -
Journalists ensure data reaches the people and not just closed in a file with a gov agency.
-
You may also never know which government will use that information in which way. So ideally the best place is to be out in the open. Give it to.... The Peoplepic.twitter.com/xCvAFsDJGa
