I bought the domain http://ismyaadhaarpwned.com . I will allow people to check if their #Aadhaar number has been compromised. So, if you have in your possession compromised Aadhaar numbers, you can send me a mail to fs0c1311@gmail.com :D

If providing only the full #Aadhar number is of no use for misuse without the biometric, then whatever you did by showing the leaked numbers (from third party vendors though) as if it is #UIDAI system failure also won't be an issue, did I miss anything?

The goal will be to inform people that their Aadhaar number as been found in a data breach. Nothing more

What can anyone do with just #Aadhar number?

I will not enter in this debate :). If you Aadhaar number has been found in a data breach it’s mean one of the service you linked to your Aadhaar number has been compromised. It will be allow you to act accordingly

I am not debating with you; simply trying to understand why we blame @UIDAI for third party data breach & failures at third party locations? Are these breaches happening because of #UIDAI failures or? Let's be very clear as to whom to blame here; APPRECIATE YOUR EFFORTS THOUGH

          Replying to @rkvvss @UIDAI

Instead of denying everything, a smart move for @UIDAI will be to add more regulations for company who collected Aadhaar data. They have the power to make the all ecosystem more safer and they have to use it

I completely agree, but in the end the implementation falls on the service provider; @UIDAI can't do everything on their own; do we blame traffic signals if someone jumps'em? Responsibility falls on all of us; especially people who're implementing at third party

Boss, @UIDAI built a flawed platform with no safeguards in place. That's the root of the problem.
