New idea: a website which allows people to submit anonymously (or not) vulnerability found in websites. What do you think?

Submitter can add a Bitcoin address to be thank for example. Findings will not be public, maybe just the concerned website.

the thing is, finding bugs has a monetary value to it. Why should one use this website as an intermediary when one can just directly contact the vendor ? I don't see it working.

Because sometimes contacting vendor can be risky as in India or the vendor never answer

aha. Fair enough. Though most major sites/apps do have a " report bug " section implemented in them. But yes, it would nice to have a platform where these bugs are talked about on a technical level ( not just reported ), for educational purposes.
