Does H1's disclosure assistance really work? I have many organisations not replying back to my DMs, emails and even public tweets. Just XSS though, but still, I feel that they should fix them or at least be aware of them.

We try our best to find the appropriate contact at the affected vendor/company and reach out to them. Sometimes, we don't hear back but we have seen a lot of success with this.

Find security contacts through LinkedIn and email them directly - this approached has usually worked for me when all other avenues fail.

Knowing their customer service on twitter, they probably have already seen your tweet and either ran it up the flagpole. That, or completely ignored it because it didn’t follow the social media rep’s dialogue.
