Ok, les 2x14km et le 15km risquent d’être de trop non? La récupération compte beaucoup, surtout pour les blessures... En tout cas bon courage, c’est cool les semi-marathons, surtout les ravitos

Les semis sont respectivement la 1ère et dernière course. En théorie, ça devrait aller pour la récup, mais oui tu as raison
