So you have no way to distinguish the official app from the trojan.
This why you are not supposed to use the debug certificate provided by Google to sign your app in production...

whenever you find a loophole, bug or a security threat I think it would be a good idea you also write about the ways on how to do it the right way.
One thing out of all I feel happy is, at least @UIDAI didn't collect our dna data in cotton swabs !!!
