I have an OnePlus 5T stuck in Safe Mode. When I try to reboot in bootloader mode, I have the OnePlus splash screen and nothing after that. Any ideas? Is there any HW way to boot in bootloader mode or to do a factory reset?

I will try to flash it with QFIL, do you have a link of the OnePlus 5T factory image?

Finally, I managed to recover the OnePlus 5T. Thank you all for your ideas!

it might have been bricked. If you are not worried about the content, might want to root it.

Oh, that's bad, I had that once on my OP1. Did had to install Qualcomm drivers, then flash the Msm8974 through COM.

It's a softbrick issue I guess. Try flashing the stock ROM/firmware with QFIL or similar software for OnePlus ( QFIL works for most Qualcomm processors). Try searching how to flash firmware or stock ROM on XDA or YouTube for guidance. I hope this helps.

May be "fastboot boot twrp.img" will help!? This will boot in recovery and you might habe to flash full rom again, try running command when you press the buttom combinations
-
@Chiragkapuriya understand his tweet .. his situation he is not able to boot into fastboot nor recovery mode .. so no fastboot commands
-
That's why i said try running command while pressing buttons, may be phone goes in fastboot states for few seconds or so!?

Or contact oneplus as final option :D

Hardware issue. Try this: Restart the phone using Power + Volume buttons and when the screen appears, plug in the charger. Helped me during the same issue. If that doesn't help, you might want to check the hardware.
