I feel that too, feel free to unfollow this

Not gonna unfollow as I'm still unsure about things and like a good Samaritan would keep pointing things out to keep a healthy debate ongoing while also ensuring you dont fall into the propagandist zone

Before jumping to conclusion and conspiring against govt. Think
@Google can do it and it has our consent also for contact modification. Plus it has our consent and permission to do a lot more. Check Permission that it has in the App.

Nice try but you are looking the Google search app
it’s totally unrelated -
My point was about permission and not about the which app. If Google want it can do it with any Google app , be it Maps, Chrome, Gmail etc. Would you disagree to that also ?

Maybe
@Google thought with the increasing need of Aadhar in the nation for everything adding the helpline is a good idea, but before jumping to a false conclusion ask yourself is it really a privacy breach -
No it’s called a breach of trust
-
They just cant add whatever they want to. Police, emergency numbers, customer care(service provider) comes default in SIM. Its not added by
@Google But this, this is something else, they just cant add whatever they feel they want to. -
Fellow Indian, before foloowing blindly what the mahaan hacker is mentioning, did it affect you in any way? If it might, then how would it be?
-
Oh my brother. If there is no control over it, they can put in whatever they want. Say a pic of someones wife and you in your gallery. Just joking. But yes this is a serious issue. What if they replace your wife number with some other chic and your wife number to "Bitch"
-
Look there is a technical aspect to this which you are completely ignoring. Any person having a sound computer knowledge can break into any internet connected device without Aadhar. That doesn't make the Indian Government or the Aadhar wrong.
-
Dude did i mention
#BJP or#indiangovernment. Its about@Google and adding#UIDAI number by default. dont worry yaar our#Aadhaar datas are safe behind 16foot wall. - 13 more replies
