To be clear, I understand your concerns about increasing cognitive load of not knowing the source of the component. It's a tradeoff like almost anything syntax related, and for us the pro's outweigh the cons.

"Optimizing for cost of introduction has a negative effect for the cost of change curve." This is an amazing talk by on how software costs relate to each other.

Did you know there’s a sequel to 2001: A Space Odyssey? Warning: it’s not as timeless as the first one (and that’s putting it mildly)

I don't believe in "don't re-invent the wheel" anymore, I've been seeing people re-inventing much better wheels more often everyday. I stopped saying "but don't this do that already?" to people sharing ideas with me.

(Web)developers: where do you get your information & news? What sources do you use to stay up-to-date? Newsletters? Podcasts? Blogs? If so, which ones? Reason for asking: looking to further promote and having a hard time finding a good platform.

Working a bit on v2 of BladeX. Some concepts will be simplified and it will be much easier to register your components. Don't be afraid to starting using v1 though. Upgrading will be very easy and we'll provide you with good upgrade instructions.

Imagine this scenario: somebody puts code in laravel-backup to delete all your backups and your app without me knowing. Later on I do a bugfix and tag a new version. 😱 I wonder why hasn't informed users about this. Good that it's already fixed.

It would be amazing if somebody would make plugin that navigates you to textField.blade.php when you cmd+click a `text-field` html tag
