A new music sample of the song Invisible, which my friend Moby contributed to with his synth magic. Will keep putting samples up of the album, NOTHING PRECIOUS, while working on setting up the Kickstarter for orders. It is true: Love is Invisible, it Can Do Anything

Romantic love, well, just don't settle for anything less than full presence. Performative "fun" is not the real deal. Anyone can play date (which there's a time and a place). The real deal, in any kind of love, is solid, non-judgmental, accepting, fearless, kind. Warts and all.

I may have been single status for almost a decade but I live in Love: I brought my neighbor, 75, flowers. My neighbor, 92, brought me a rose. I get to spend the day with my dog. Overwhelmed with the care and love of my friends, family. I love, give and receive from my community

I loved The Last of Us, Ep. 3. It was like something Alan Ball would have written. I just prefer things like this that show more humanity. I don't need to see another zombie apocalypse story. It's just not my thing.

Nearly 1 million pounds of vinyl chloride were on this train. Now, the EPA has confirmed it's entered the Ohio River basin which is home to 25 million people. This is one of the deadliest environmental emergencies in decades and no one is talking about it.

Vinyl chloride is not only flammable, but it's also a brain, lung, blood, and liver carcinogen. Authorities decided to burn hundreds of thousands of gallons of this chemical after a train derailed in East Palestine, Ohio. But it’s gotten almost no national news coverage…

A person takes photos as a black plume rises over East Palestine, Ohio, as a result of a controlled detonation of a portion of the derailed Norfolk Southern train.

This one is simply--I was at the bottom like a lot of folks in the pandemic. Grief, dreams dying, solitude. All I had in me was 3-4 chords, and some words. Gathered all my badass friends, mostly thru zoom, and made some magic. Anything flashy coming out of this seemed fake.

I've always approached each project with an intention. KT, all albums-that's obv. a collaboration in a sonic world. Each solo had a purpose. Solo 1: strip it down, no budget. Solo 2: Big budget, bells and whistles. Solo 3: Electronica, groove vibe with Beat Ventriloquists

This weekend I listened to final mixes for the album. Nothing "cool" or "themed" or over-thought. Just simple songs. I let the songs be what they are. They all seemed to land in the zone of singer-songwriter, first solo with better production and songwriting. Nothing Precious.

We lost another legend of hip hop music and culture in my brother Trugoy aka Dave of De La Soul. His music will allow him to live in our hearts and minds as he is gone. But not only was he a great musician but he was a great human being. He meant a lot to us 🙏🏼

They make no bones about staying on the evidence-based side of functional medicine, cutting the noise. It's quite impressive. A lot of woo woo folks try to hide behind the "functional approach" - when it actually is a very detailed systems-based approach.

The literature is pretty clear that after 48 hours of fasting, autophagy is not maximized. These people ... I swear. Why do they make it so hard. Half of my convos w initial clients is the de-programming of BS that people like the Medical Medium and bro-hackers put out there

Not to mention, many of these waters are in plastic. Which is toxic in many ways, including being a xenoestrogen (and can mimic hormone signals - disrupting normal hormones). It's just crazy to me how this whole "alkaline" thing got out of control.

If one drinks a high PH water, it will neutralize the stomach acid (needed for breaking down foods/ nutrients, first line of defense of pathogens), then bile isn't stimulated, then pancreatic enzymes can be compromised. Then it's the Wild West in the gut.

There was a twitter person holding a nutrition space last night that I can't find any credentials on, taking about "drink alkaline water" and telling a middle aged woman with hypothyroid to FAST, saying on all medications are bad. I get all these "alkaline" people as clients

A long day today, filled with blessings, good people. Existing in a space where work and fun mean the same thing is a true dream. If I can spend the rest of my days simply living love, in whatever form it takes, then that's good enough for me.
