      The price of prescription drugs in 2018 fell for the first time in 46 years - (looking at consumer price index by years). Signed a bill this year allowing some drug imports from Canada so that prescription prices would go down.

      He repealed the individual mandate of Obamacare, which forced people to buy expensive insurance and those who couldn't would be taxed. The mandate hurt the poor. Repealing it was a tax cut for low-income Americans. He helped them.

      Trump signed an executive order this year that forces all health care providers to disclose the cost of their services so that Americans can comparison shop and know how much fewer providers charge insurance companies.
