My mother got into natural food, especially the health benefits of taking plenty of Vitamin C, back in the early 70s. I’ve taken 2000-4000 mg daily in capsule form, and I have to say, praise God (& thanks to Linus Pauling), I’ve had literally only a handful of colds in 50 years.
