    A3) Talk about what those labels mean to them, how they would like to address them and build a plan. Work together to remove the power from the negative labels. Use the replacement words and make them powerful in the learning environment.

    Progress is progress! Every student succeeds differently and that needs to be recognized! We also need to have understanding that success doesn’t equal perfection and be ready to move forward

    A3) Show them love, give them every opportunity to succeed, and don’t add any more labels yourself

    Q3: How can we remove labels that have been placed on students and give them seeds of belief to be something more?
