Especially these days it's become incredibly hard to keep track of new horror movie releases so I started a little side project to help myself - and hopefully others - stay up to date. Simple account titled , where I post every day's new horror releases. Join me!

Was watching Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde (1920) tonight and it's impossible not to see Nicolas Cage in John Barrymore's performance. That campy, theatrical silent movie style seems to have directly informed Cage's particular brand of acting. As an actor, Cage *is* both Jekyll & Hyde.

Really fun cast that has been put together for this one, also including Michael Jai White, Ryan Lee from Goosebumps, and Ivana Baquero from Pan's Labyrinth!

Scrolled past one of those Venom 2 ads on Twitter and caught it at just the right time to make the perfect Valentine's Day card. Save it for the one you love next February. Thank me later.

Hey by the way this year's Till Death starring Megan Fox and a dead body that Megan Fox is chained to is coming to Netflix on October 1st, I'm hearing. It's available right now on VOD but if you're a "only watch things once they hit Netflix" person, WATCH IT ON OCTOBER 1ST.

I need Netflix to understand that the end credits of a movie or episode are an important part of the "coming down" process after watching a thing. I am quite frankly tired of scrambling in the dark to find my remote so that the next thing doesn't start playing within 3 seconds.

I assumed nothing on TV would ever again make me feel like Six Feet Under did. That profound level of emotion, devastating & life-affirming all at once. Until Mike Flanagan started making horror shows with Netflix. is a *masterful* character drama of a horror show.
