You’d think modern educational institutions, especially law schools, would focus more on rhetoric since curriculum seems wholly ordered to producing technocratic sophists.
Interesting article. Legal education at least in the US as late as the early 1970s also trained students to "think like a lawyer."That meant being able to argue both sides of an issue w/equal conviction. That remains the sign of a good trial lawyer (it is fun as well).
Well we get some remarkably nuanced visions appearing which if translated into action, will be pretty good.
At least we have a well educated and intelligent leader
