I feel so much grief for you but does anyone really believe a man w/ a shotgun could take down a crazed man w/ an AR-15? I support your proposals entirely but disagree the Gaurd could have done anything.

I agree, the shooter had the better gun. My daughter needed one more second. If he simply fired shots into the ceiling, the shooter would have heard it and paused. That would have given her and others time to get to safety.

While I certainly empathize with you, I doubt if he were to rush into the school that your daughter specifically would have been saved. My heart breaks over this but this comment isn't helping either.
