College students who go out of state can also choose to register to vote in the state where they attend school. They need to decide where their vote will make the most difference, and follow through!!!

This is great! However, two key elements of voting are understanding the issues and candidates and having personal views and opinions as to what is appropriate for your town, county, state, and country. This must also be foundational to the movement.

Depends on your location. Visit your local election commission website or call them for dates. Vote by mail requests in Illinois usually starts 2-3 months prior to the election.
