@chesaboudin says cycling dealers in and out of jail doesn’t accomplish anything. He wants to start a new specialty court to prosecute Honduran dealers trafficked here and working for cartels. here's an idea: don't cycle them out of jail. Maybe the dealers will finally have it sink in that the City is getting serious. Why do we need a new specialty court? Simply do your job. Why is that so freakin hard?
