@timkeller I thought the Panic decision was about uploads, not folder creation. Not a huge difference but you know bureaucrats. -
@fraserspeirs All I know is that I'm (still) not touching iCloud Drive with a barge-pole. -
@timkeller Now that I think about it, preventing users from actually using iCloud Drive might be a good move on Apple's part.

@fraserspeirs maybe a harbinger of an upcoming apple iCloud Drive app? -
@fraserspeirs If I want to copy an .mkv, for example, I first have to zip it, because iCloud policies are insane. -
@fraserspeirs I use AirDisk Pro as storage for all kinds of things, but can only use the iCloud folder option for a handful of formats.
