Yo @Ubisoft @UbiAustralia @UbisoftSupport, you have 30 minutes to un-strike my Youtube channel or else I won't be able to stream any more of E3. You did this last year, come on guys, get it together. Retweet this post.

Most companies use machine learning to track ip violations. Isn’t it against YouTube’s terms of service to stream someone else’s stream anyways. Just give your reactions afterwards or react while you watch without streaming it.

Countless creators do this every year from big companies like IGN to much smaller creators. Ubisoft is the only company that clamps down so harshly during E3. There’s no need for it at all.

It’s their stream. If people know they clamp down then they shouldn’t stream it. Yet they do, which means people either think they can get away with it or they are doing it because they know they will get a strike so they can be sensational and get more views.

I think the point is that most companies do not clamp down on it and even Ubisoft have apologised for their system clamping down. Even Nintendo have realised that content creators play a positive role in selling their products and growing the wonderful gaming community.
