The more I look into this the more I think DC should become a part of MD DC has a population of 700,000 residents. Giving 700,000 residents 2 Senators, the same as CA, NY, FL isn't reasonable DC should have representation, but not as an independent state

If Wyoming's 578,000 people get 2 Senators, so should DC's 700k.
