This video starts as an investigation into who really made the Roblox "oof" sound, and ends up a knee-deep investigation into the bizarre lies Tommy Tallarico has been telling about himself over the years. Highly recommended, it's kind of incredible.

Man, if Tommy has demonstrated anything over the past year, it's that he isn't a straight shooter.
I wouldn't trust him as far as I can throw him.

I didn't have "watch a two hour documentary about a sound effect from a game I've never played" on my bingo card, but here we are.

Tommy always considered himself a hugely influential video game developer even though he just did the audio. He pulled the same thing on the old Judgement Day forums.

You know, I always wondered why you guys seemed to dislike him on Insert Credit, besides the Amico stuff. I uh, I understand now lmao

I disliked Tommy Tallarico all the way back when I was ~13 and saw Electric Playground. When I got into the video game music community years later and encountered him again, his Video Games Live series was looked down upon by the connoisseurs for bland, in creative arrangements.

Like, he didnt delve into half of it. I was waiting for the investigation into being a all star minor league baseball player.

What a wild ride, but also, I bet this rabbit hole goes way deeper.

Good thing @Hbomberguy didn't google "Todd Dennis MDK" or else this video would've been 4 hours long. twitter.com/Hbomberguy/sta…
