Rumor has it that it’s Chechens doing the recruitment in Dagestan. There isn’t exactly neighborly love between the two regions. Caucasus may very well blow up in Putin’s face.

This is one regional governor who knows that he is sitting on a pressure cooker with a landmine inside! When it goes off there will be repercussions across other areas of the Caucuses and beyond. As I have said before many times watch the regional governors !!
