Wrong photo. That one was posted in 2019. Was reposted on Facebook by Dan a few days ago and it doesn’t look the same

How can it be the wrong photo when it's the same photo but more clear? Why should I care what Dan (Bongino?) is posting on Facebook, especially if it's a 1-2 year old photo re-edited.
