Vegas likely wont get passed the Kings, very few outside of Vegas consider them contenders and even so they benefited from a rigged expansion draft.
Speaking as a Stars fan, if we ended up with Zucc in Dallas, I'd be thrilled - I just think the Rangers will regret trading him.

Not after the Kovalchuk signing. I won’t be surprised if Kovalchuk puts up 25-33 goals with Vladislav and Pavel. I think the difference in production is worth giving Zucc up for and the handshake signing really makes him an expendable veteran.
