Saying Loki is gay or straight is like saying a Skrull is gay or straight. He's fucking omni gendered and genderless. It's like saying that Genie from Aladdin was gay or straight because he shape shifts and turns into a brothel worker. But if you want it, go for it.

Why does calling someone Omni-gendered make more sense to you than calling someone straight or queer? They’re ADJECTIVES, dude. They’re meant to DESCRIBE THINGS.

Because it's a fictional ethereal mythical deity? Why do you feel the need to assign your real world gender politics to a magical shape shifting god so badly?

Why do you think there’s nothing political in your belief that those terms can’t or shouldn’t apply?

Because we're talking about a situation that can't exist at all in real life because Loki is literally magic and his entire mental and physical state transcends what's between his legs and what he chooses to do with it.

Loki isn’t real. Queer people are. We want and deserve to see ourselves in all types of stories and characters, even magical ones. Would you be this resistant to someone calling Vision straight?

Comics are all about enjoyment, if saying Loki is queer makes it more enjoyable for you, I'm 100% behind that. But as a nerd who goes by the nerd logic of his magical nerd comics universe, I don't think that I agree with it. But I don't want my opinion to stop you from doing it.

I am also a nerd who likes nerd logic. Pulling that card makes it sound like you think my position is a fake geek stance.
