So, re this VD/Black Gate issue (http://file770.com/?p=32437 ) there's a few things I'd like to say in thread.

1st: it is the highest order of insincere hypocrisy for anyone to use the word "feminazi" for LITERAL YEARS, but call "neo-Nazi" libellous.

2nd: This it is doubly insincere when "feminazi" is used as an indiscriminate term to refer to anyone outside your favoured movement -

- not only because it's super gross, but because it waters down the *actual* meaning of Nazism, neo-Nazism and their affiliated ideologies.

3rd: Given this, VD et al seem to assume that calling him a neo-Nazi is just a random insult with no actual bearing on his stated politics.

They think this because, as per the popularisation of "feminazi", this is how THEY think references to Nazism work: as shocky pejorative.

Let me be brutally clear: I'm calling VD a neo-Nazi because I firmly believe that this is what he *literally is*, politically speaking -

- & further, that this definition isn't contingent for its validity on his agreement with me. It's not an insult, but a rational judgement.

There are some for whom being labelled "socialist" or "communist" is a mortal insult, but that doesn't mean the term itself is pejorative.

Right now, the clear overlap between the alt-right and neo-Nazism is a MAJOR POLITICAL TALKING POINT. And VD is very openly alt-right.

Even so, I'm basing my assessment of him as a neo-Nazi not on this fact alone, but on what he says about key neo-Nazi ideologies.

4th: I'm not the first person to call him a neo-Nazi. He's tried to get retractions from others before, but not consistently; not always.

Bear in mind, my article doesn't even mention him by name; just links to a piece where someone else is discussing his thoughts on Nazism.
