@jeremyinthebox Thanks, but same problem applies - you'd be a new transfer person, and so require an SMS code to approve the transfer.
Dear @Westpac: I live in the UK. You won't let me transfer my money TO MYSELF without a code sent to a now-defunct Aussie mobile. PROBLEM.
