Nor Europe. I’ve found that solid coconut fat (sold here in the same section that sells bbq sauce and mysterious shelf-stable herb butter for grilling picnics) is a reasonable substitute though.

I have a recipe for something called ice torte. It uses Copha. There has to be a substitute because the lady who gave my mum the recipe - long gone, alas! - got it in Europe.
