If you’ve got an Asian/Filipino market in the vicinity, you can get the classic “dirty ice cream” (aka street ice cream) flavor combo of ube, cheese, and macapuno by buying those three and scooping them together. Magnolia’s an OG local brand, but I’m sure there’s others.
