so, here's a thing: I pretty routinely get food cravings late at night. being a night-owl, I always figured this was something to do with my circadian rhythms being all messed up - like, even though I'd had a full day's worth of food, my body hadn't always registered it.

Holy smokes!! I had no idea there were glucose tablets, I'm going to have to give those a try. I've been drinking warm milk at night -- lactose. Seems to be helping with insomnia trouble.

I think their main market is diabetics, but they're cheap and freely available either way.

oh my GOD i may have to try this. I have also found that sipping berocca during the day helps with like, more consistent supply of general energy. I must stop forgetting that
