Like!! I get it’s not your preference BUT I HAVE SENT IT TO YOU! you HAVE IT now!! I get that canvas sucks and that none of us like using it but the key difference is that you are being paid to use it and given a basic rundown on HOW to use it whereas I am not!! for fuck’s SAKE!

If I thought it was an oversight, I’d do that. But at a certain point she decided we shouldn’t need to email her stuff any more and just began asserting that everything should go through canvas, as though it was no longer ok to have issues with it.

It’s just exasperating. None of us chose this, it’s hard for everyone, but she’s seemingly got no flexibility when parents *try*.
