These are excellent suggestions, I don't have kids but I have a lot of friends with kids and I usually give 6-12 and 12-18 mos size clothes and diapers. I also like to throw in coffee/tea, bath bombs or fancy dry shampoo for mom.

Bath bombs are also good for later on, but you can't always use them right after delivery. If you've had stitches, you can't have baths at all until they're out (so they don't dissolve) and depending on what the bombs are made of, they can mess with your pH balance/cause UTIs.
