PSA: the symptoms of caffeine intolerance include fatigue, anxiety, depression, insomnia & restless legs, while artificial sugars like aspartame can cause yeast infections, which in turn can cause fatigue & UTIs. If this sounds like you, try giving up diet soda for a fortnight.

I'd say maybe try cutting back on it until people can give it up, caffeine withdrawal is no joke

I researched that and the worst symptoms, even for the heaviest caffeine addicts, are meant to last only 48 hours, with others tapering off after a week. Soda was my sole source of caffeine and I've been drinking it constantly, daily, for six years, and this matched my experience

Symptoms can last like over a week! and most experts I've seen agree going cold turkey is the worst way to stop it. I've discussed this with actual doctors because of my own pop caffeine intake and have quit a few times.
