I say this as someone who's been dealing with basically all these symptoms for YEARS without ever having a doctor mention any of this as a possible cause. I had to figure it out through research, and the change I've experienced has been mindblowing.

I'd say maybe try cutting back on it until people can give it up, caffeine withdrawal is no joke

I researched that and the worst symptoms, even for the heaviest caffeine addicts, are meant to last only 48 hours, with others tapering off after a week. Soda was my sole source of caffeine and I've been drinking it constantly, daily, for six years, and this matched my experience
