It's such a small thing, but not realising the sweat was a side-effect was genuinely upsetting: I thought I was much more out of shape than I was, and having to change clothes all the time was making me reluctant to get properly dressed in the first place while staying at home.

Also, night-sweats, which are an absolute bitch: I originally thought the culprit was a too-heavy blanket in hot weather, but even with the aircon on, I wake up three times a week stuck to the sheets like something out of a horror movie. It is Fucking Annoying.

And it's only just now, as I'm thinking about it properly, that I realise the sweating has probably contributed to the sharp uptick in headaches - losing more water without changing my fluid intake means I've likely been dehydrated this whole goddamn time.

Anyway: this rant brought to you courtesy of the fact that I carried one (1) small desk upstairs and now my hair is sweat-wet and my dress is stuck to my back. Mental healthcare is FUN.

Does it help if you consider it advanced preparation for perimenopause?

Haha! Yes! I have the same symptoms but I'm also menopausal as well as being on meds!

For me, it's night sweats. I have SO MANY pajamas to change into

I relate so much to this. The impetus to doing laundry is always when I run out of clean pajamas

Side-effects are a real pain. Figuring out that something even IS a side-effect is hard, let alone dealing with it. Sorry you’re going through this.

I'm on Wellbutrin, and this is my main complaint. I sweat more when I work out than I ever did before, and I often shower twice a day
