Hate speech laws would disagree with you; so would any decent definition of domestic abuse, which includes emotional abuse, gaslighting, belittlement and so on. But even if the violence of speech *was* restricted to incitement, that's still a big problem! That still matters!
And what besides a sacred and specific notion of womanhood do you think trans exclusionists are trying to protect when they protest this stuff?

You're still talking about womanhood. You're not saying 'I think transwomen belong to a concept of womanhood', you're saying 'transwomen are women', they're not, because they're not female. They're transwomen, that is different. That difference is often very important. 1/
